This role offers an opportunity to work closely with our Hungary HR Lead and gain broad HR Business Partner experience in a dynamic, international technology environment.\nWhat this role is:\nAs an Associate HR Business Partner / HR Generalist, you will work closely with the Hungary HR Lead to deliver a great employee and manager experience across our Hungary organization.\nYou will coach and guide managers on day-to-day people topics, support employee relations and employee experience matters, conduct employee check-ins, manage key elements of our internship program, support recruitment efforts from an HRBP perspective and contribute to talent and leadership development activities.\nYou will also work with people data to identify trends, understand what is happening across the organization and help translate those insights into practical actions.\nAs part of the local HR team, you will play an important role in maintaining and further developing the strong culture and employee experience of our Hungary office.\nThe role provides an excellent opportunity to further develop your HR Business Partner capabilities while gaining exposure to a broad range of people topics within a global organization.\nHow you’ll work:\nThis is a broad and hands-on HR role covering different aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will be part of a collaborative local and global HR team, working closely with the Hungary HR Lead, HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition and our specialist HR teams.\nYou will have ownership of a broad range of day-to-day HRBP activities while partnering with the Hungary HR Lead on more complex employee relations, organizational and business topics. You will be expected to build strong relationships with managers and employees, stay close to what is happening across the organization, and proactively identify where HR support can make a difference.\nThis role offers a combination of hands-on HR work, manager and employee support, program ownership and exposure to broader HRBP topics - with the opportunity to gradually take on greater scope and responsibility.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nPartner with the Hungary HR Lead to deliver local and global HR programs and people initiatives across the Hungary organization.\nBuild trusted relationships with managers and employees, providing day-to-day coaching and guidance on performance, engagement, employee relations and other people topics.\nSupport employee relations (ER) cases, partnering with the Hungary HR Lead on more complex matters and ensuring alignment with Hungarian employment requirements and Genesys practices.\nConduct employee check-ins and stay close to the employee experience, identifying emerging themes, risks and opportunities across teams.\nWork with people data to identify trends and patterns and translate them into meaningful insights and practical recommendations.\nManage key elements of the Hungary internship program, partnering with interns, managers, mentors, Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders.\nPartner with Talent Acquisition on hiring activities and provide HRBP support throughout the recruitment and selection process.\nWork closely with HR Shared Services and specialist HR teams to support employees and managers across the employee lifecycle.\nSupport performance, talent and employee engagement programs, as well as leadership and manager development activities.\nContribute to local culture, engagement, communication and community initiatives that make Genesys Hungary a great place to work.\nSupport organizational changes and other people initiatives while maintaining a good working knowledge of the Hungarian employment environment.\nEnsure HR activities, documentation and follow-up are handled accurately and consistently, while working collaboratively across our global HR organization.\nWhat you’ll bring to the table:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or another relevant field preferred.\nApproximately 3-5 years of broad HR experience, ideally in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or similar role.\nPractical experience handling employee relations and employee experience matters.\nGood working knowledge of the Hungarian employment environment and key employment law principles, with the ability to recognize when additional legal or specialist guidance is needed.\nExperience working directly with managers and employees on day-to-day people matters.\nNative Hungarian and fluent English.
