You'll be expected to influence decisions, and balance strategic thinking with operational excellence.\nAlign the Philippines people strategy to help Genesys orchestrate AI powered experiences for our clients\nLead the local HR Partner team in executing strategies\nPartner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies\nAdvise, collaborate and coach senior leaders and managers throughout the employee life cycle on employee relations, performance management, and organizational change - applying sound judgement, local employment law knowledge, and a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach to ensure compliance, fairness, and appropriate risk mitigation.\nBuild trusted partnerships with stakeholders by providing thoughtful guidance and alternative perspectives to support effective decision-making.\nPartner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on their talent strategies including role design, job levelling, compensation positioning, and candidate assessment for critical hires.\nFacilitate performance and compensation reviews, providing practical guidance to managers while ensuring alignment with company philosophy.\nPartner with global Talent Development team to support and drive programs\nPartner with the Total Rewards team on market data (compensation and benefits) and annual review cycles\nConduct regular engagements with leaders to understand team dynamics, identify emerging issues early, and provide proactive coaching and support.\nParticipate in local leadership meetings/discussions, contributing meaningful people insights that support decision-making.\nEnsure compliance with local employment legislation and recommend continuous improvements to HR policies, processes, and programmes.\nLeverage HR data and analytics to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend targeted actions that inform people, programmes and business decisions, including employee engagement, compensation, benefits, succession planning, and workforce initiatives.\nRepresent the Philippines by providing local insights and constructive feedback into global HR initiatives, projects, and focus groups.\nPeriodically review local HR policies and practices to ensure ongoing relevance, effectiveness, and compliance.\nCollaborate effectively with the broader HR team and cross-functional partners to deliver consistent high-quality employee and manager experience.\nEmbrace and be a beacon for our Genesys values\nQualifications\nRelevant tertiary qualification and/or recognised professional HR certification in Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent knowledge and practical experience.\nExperience\n10 + years relevant experience supporting multiple HR disciplines within fast-paced, multinational technology organisation.\nExperience leading, managing and developing HR teams\nProven success in devising and executing Site HR strategies for workforce of 500 or more employees. \nExperience partnering with leaders in a Country HR capacity within the Philippines.\nExperience implementing programs, leading change or transformation. \nAdvanced analytical skills, mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, and HR information systems. \nAbility to have a strong office presence\nKnowledge & Expertise\nStrong knowledge of employment legislation, statutory compliance, and HR best practices within the Philippines\nPractical expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, job levelling, talent management, employee relations and performance management.\nStrong ability to maintain and respect confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with excellent judgement and discretion.\nWorking knowledge of compensation principles and annual reward review processes.\nExperience supporting organizational change and business transformation initiatives.\nAbility to interpret HR data, identify trends and translate insights into practical business recommendations.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility, influence decisions and develop trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.\nDemonstrated critical thinking and analytical capability, with the ability to synthesize complex information, identify underlying issues, and translate insights into pragmatic recommendations.\nDemonstrated systems thinking, recognising the broader organisational implications of people decisions and balancing local needs with regional/global and business priorities.\nSound judgement, with the ability to balance business priorities, people considerations, and compliance requirements when navigating complex situations.\nDemonstrates honesty, high integrity, responsibility and honoring commitments\nApplies a consultative and coaching approach appropriate to stakeholder needs and business context.\nDemonstrates curiosity and adaptability in adopting AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance HR delivery and decision-making.\nHighly organised, self-directed, and able to manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within regional and global teams.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written\nStrong interpersonal, collaboration and teamwork skills\nLanguage Requirements\nExcellent written and spoken English.\nWorking at Genesys\nAI at enterprise scale -
