This opportunity may be for you.\nWhat This Role Is\nOur Talent Development team is focused on building the capabilities, skills, and talent practices needed to support Genesys' business strategy and create a high-performance culture.\nWe are looking for a Program Manager, Talent Development to manage and support key global talent initiatives across areas such as Performance Management, Talent Management, Skills, Career Development, and Employee Development.\nA key area of responsibility will be the program management of BetterUp, partnering with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and our external partner to support the program's ongoing evolution, adoption, and integration into our broader Talent Development strategy.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the program management of BetterUp, coordinating priorities, timelines, stakeholders, communications, adoption, measurement, and ongoing program enhancements.\nManage and contribute to global Talent Development initiatives across Performance Management, Talent Management, Skills, Career Development, and Employee Development.\nCoordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure alignment, accountability, and effective execution across multiple workstreams.\nIdentify project dependencies, risks, and issues, proactively developing solutions and escalating when appropriate.\nPartner with HRBPs and business stakeholders to understand business needs, gather feedback, and translate insights into program improvements.\nLeverage data, employee feedback, and program metrics to evaluate effectiveness, demonstrate impact, and identify opportunities for improvement.\nSupport change management, communications, enablement, and adoption activities associated with Talent Development programs and technologies.\nFacilitate meetings, workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions to drive decisions and move initiatives forward.\nBring a continuous improvement and innovation mindset, exploring how technology and AI can simplify talent processes and create better employee and manager experiences.\nYou’ll report to the Talent Development Senior Director and work closely with the broader Talent Development team and partners across HR and the business.\nThe role is based in Budapest, Hungary, and will operate in a global environment, partnering closely with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones, including the US.\nWhat You’ll Bring to the Table\nYou are a strong program manager who enjoys working at the intersection of people, processes, and technology. You can take an idea or business need and translate it into a structured plan, bring the right stakeholders together, and drive execution through completion.\nYou are comfortable operating in a global corporate environment, managing multiple priorities, and working with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
