This role focuses on Workday Procurement, Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS), Workday Expenses, VNDLY, and related integrations-ensuring our solutions are scalable, future-ready, and aligned to business strategy.\nThe ideal candidate is a functional Workday expert with hands-on implementation and support experience across WSS, Workday Procurement, Workday Expenses, and VNDLY. This individual will translate business needs into solution designs, guide operational support, and own enhancements, optimizations, and Workday roadmap adoption.\nLocation\nFull remote within US (Not limited to the states that the job is tagged to)\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Architecture & Functional Leadership\nOwn the P2P Architecture & Roadmap \ninfluence across enterprise-wide Workday strategy. \nServe as the functional architect for Workday Procurement, WSS, Workday Expenses, and VNDLY. \nLead design, configuration, and deployment of scalable P2P solutions. \nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document solution architecture. \nGovern Workday configuration for consistency, stability, and best-practice alignment. \nProcure-to-Pay Enhancements & Operations\nProvide expert-level functional support across procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and expenses. \nOwn operational oversight including triage, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes. \nIdentify and implement enhancements that improve compliance, efficiency, and usability. \nEnsure alignment with upstream/downstream systems including VNDLY, Finance, AP, and HR. \nRoadmap Planning & Feature Adoption\nMonitor Workday’s roadmap and release cycles. \nEvaluate new features, perform impact assessments, and lead rollout planning. \nRecommend strategic adoption of new capabilities to improve procurement and expense processes.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nAct as liaison between procurement, finance, IT, HR, and external partners. \nPartner with integration teams to support functional design and data flows. \nMentor analysts and SMEs on Workday configuration and process design. \nGovernance, Testing & Compliance\nMaintain functional documentation including SOPs and configuration notes. \nLead UAT planning, regression testing, and production validation. \nEnsure P2P processes align with audit standards and internal controls. \nRequired Qualifications\n6-8 years of Workday functional experience with focus on Procurement, WSS, Expenses, and Financials. \nHands-on implementation and support experience with Workday Strategic Sourcing, Workday Expenses, VNDLY, and Workday Procurement. \nStrong understanding of procurement operations (requisitions, sourcing events, suppliers, contracts, POs, invoicing). \nExperience designing scalable solutions following Workday best practices. \nProven experience with Workday enhancements, release management, and feature adoption. \nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \nPreferred Qualifications\nWorkday Pro Certifications (Procurement, Expenses, Reporting, or Integrations). \nExperience leading full lifecycle implementations across WSS, Expenses, Procurement, or VNDLY. \nKnowledge of financial accounting flows tied to procurement. \nAbility to influence cross-functional partners and lead design decisions. \nExperience in large enterprise or global Workday environments. \nWhat We Offer\nOpportunity to shape and advance a growing Workday ecosystem. \nCollaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement. \nInvolvement in strategic procurement and enterprise transformation initiatives. \nCompetitive compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities. \nCompensation:\nThis role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
