About the role At Genesys, the Kafka team within our Analytics organization builds and operates the event-streaming infrastructure that enables reliable, scalable movement of data across our ecosystem. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll design, develop, and evolve distributed systems that process high volumes of events and provide critical capabilities to teams across Genesys. You’ll tackle complex challenges involving scalability, performance, resilience, and observability while helping shape the technical direction of our streaming platform.
