This role will primarily focus on Workday Integrations and Reporting, supporting enterprise-wide HR and Finance processes across multiple business functions, including Human Resources, Payroll, Employee Experience, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoice-to-Cash (I2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).\nThe ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, and platform development, combined with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a commitment to governance, standardization, and continuous improvement. This role will partner closely with business, HR, Finance, and IT teams to design, build, support, and optimize Workday solutions while contributing to the ongoing evolution of the Workday platform.\nKey Responsibilities\nWorkday Integrations Development\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using: \nWorkday Studio \nCore Connectors \nEnterprise Interface Builder (EIB) \nReports-as-a-Service (RaaS) \nWorkday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs) \nDevelop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations across Workday, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, Identity Management, and third-party applications. \nConfigure and manage Integration System Users (ISUs), integration security, authentication methods, and middleware connectivity. \nMonitor integration performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards. \nDrive integration lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. \nWorkday Reporting & Analytics\nDesign and develop Advanced, Matrix, BIRT, and operational reporting solutions to support business and operational requirements. \nBuild dashboards, scheduled report deliveries, and self-service reporting capabilities for HR, Finance, Payroll, and leadership stakeholders. \nDevelop and maintain calculated fields and reporting frameworks that support enterprise reporting standards. \nOptimize report performance, usability, and data quality while ensuring governance and consistency. \nHCM & Financials Platform Support\nPartner with business stakeholders supporting HCM and Financials business processes. \nContribute to initiatives supporting Procure-to-Pay, Invoice-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report business functions. \nCollaborate with Finance teams to expand and support Workday Financials capabilities, including Financial Data Model (FDM) structures and reporting requirements. \nAssist with financial process automation, reporting enhancements, and integrations supporting procurement and financial operations. \nPlatform Governance & Best Practices\nPromote platform governance through documentation, standardization, naming conventions, reference ID management, and reusable design patterns. \nMaintain technical documentation for integrations, reports, data mappings, and support processes. \nApply enterprise best practices for security, data governance, audit readiness, and operational support. \nSupport ownership and accountability models through dedicated ISUs and integration governance frameworks. \nWorkday Release & Continuous Improvement\nParticipate in Workday bi-annual release activities, including: \nRelease note reviews \nPreview tenant testing \nRegression testing \nEvaluation of automatically enabled and opt-in features \nAssess impacts to integrations, reports, and business processes and coordinate implementation plans. \nIdentify opportunities to improve platform efficiency, automation, and user experience. \nCollaboration & Stakeholder Engagement\nPartner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Employee Experience, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. \nParticipate in cross-functional project teams supporting new implementations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives. \nCollaborate effectively with global teams across APAC, EMEA, and North America. \nSupport flexible collaboration models to accommodate global stakeholder engagement. \nMentorship & Knowledge Sharing\nMentor junior developers, analysts, and operational teams on Workday integrations, reporting, calculated fields, and platform best practices. \nSupport knowledge transfer initiatives and promote self-service reporting capabilities within business functions. \nContribute to team capability development through training, documentation, and peer coaching. \nInnovation & Productivity\nLeverage modern productivity and AI-enabled tools to improve planning, analysis, testing, documentation, and operational efficiency. \nParticipate in continuous learning and evaluation of emerging Workday technologies, testing tools, and platform capabilities. \nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of Workday experience with strong emphasis on technical development. \nProven hands-on expertise with: \nWorkday Studio \nCore Connectors \nEIBs \nRaaS \nWorkday Web Services (SOAP/REST) \nMiddleware integrations \nISU management \nStrong experience developing and supporting Workday reporting solutions, including: \nAdvanced Reports \nMatrix Reports \nBIRT Reports \nDashboards and scheduled reporting \nExperience supporting full project lifecycles including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. \nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills across HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT organizations. \nExperience working within Agile delivery environments and Jira-based project management processes. \nDemonstrated commitment to documentation, governance, and operational excellence. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExposure to Workday Financials, including Financial Data Model (FDM) concepts and financial reporting requirements. \nExperience supporting Procure-to-Pay, Invoice-to-Cash, or Record-to-Report business processes. \nFamiliarity with Workday Security concepts including role-based and user-based security groups. \nExposure to Prism Analytics, Composite Reports, Kainos, Testmo, or other testing and automation platforms. \nWorkday certifications in Integrations, Reporting, HCM, or Financials. \nExperience leveraging AI-enabled productivity tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, NotebookLM, or
