As a UX Researcher, you'll independently plan and execute research for scoped product problems, helping your team make confident decisions with user evidence. Together, you'll improve customer and employee experiences across key personas such as administrators, supervisors, and agents (depending on the product area). You'll be working with teams that are building AI-powered experiences, such as virtual agents, copilots, and automation, helping to shape how these capabilities are understood, trusted, and adopted by users. The team values fast learning cycles, clear decision-making, and shipping improvements grounded in real customer needs.\nYou'll own end-to-end studies for defined questions and translate insights into actionable recommendations that move product work forward.\nWhat You'll Do :\nOwn end-to-end studies for defined questions (plan, execute, synthesize, recommend).\nSelect methods that fit the decision and constraints; balance rigor with delivery speed.\nCo-plan with design and PM; bring partners into sessions and synthesis when useful.\nDocument decision-ready outputs and archive work in the research repository.\nRequirements:\n2-4 years of UX or product research experience.\nWorking knowledge of qualitative methods and basic quantitative/behavioral literacy.\nStrong study planning, participant empathy, and ethical research practices.\nClear storytelling with evidence; ability to communicate limitations and confidence.\nPreferred Experience:\nExperience researching AI-assisted, cross-system workflows.\nExperience researching B2B SaaS platforms or infrastructure products.\nComfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving product environments, and skilled at turning findings into clear product decisions.\nWhat Success Looks Like:\nYour studies are well-scoped and consistently influence design and product decisions.\nYou choose methods and timelines that match the decision at hand.\nPartners actively engage in sessions, synthesis, and application of findings.\nYour documentation is easy to find, reuse, and build upon.\nOur Benefits\nAt Genesys, we’re committed to supporting your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
