It will entail some writing opportunities as well, mainly for short form copy, such as digital ads and emails.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong writing, editorial judgment, and creativity with project management skills. The candidate can manage multiple projects, collaborate well with other team members, and direct a team of freelance writers to execute on multiple projects that support the goals of the North America Marketing Team.\nYour day at a glance:\nManage a team of freelance writers, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure high value content projects are completed on time. Examples include, but are not limited to: \nCustomer stories - both written and video \nBlog articles \nEbooks and long-form assets \nWrite short-form copy for small projects, include digital ads and emails \nReview and edit content to ensure alignment with brand voice, messaging, and quality standards \nReview content briefs and make suggestions for content enhancements \nManage the North America Customer Story program - both written and video \nPromote the customer story program to internal team and potential customers \nSchedule and direct customer interviews \nManage follow-up reviews, and final approvals \nContinuously analyze content performance and recommend improvements \nWork with internal team members to suggest content additions or improvements to enhance campaign performance. \nManage and prioritize work based on corporate and team objectives. \nMonitor and report on key metrics such as number of customer stories, engagement, and traffic \nWhat makes you a great fit:\n3-7+ years of experience in content marketing or editorial management\nProven experience managing multiple content formats (case studies, blogs, whitepapers/ebooks, bylines) \nStrong project management skills with the ability to handle overlapping deadlines and stakeholders \nExperience managing freelance writers or agency partners\nExceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities \nWorking knowledge of SEO and content performance optimization\nStrong collaboration and communication skills \nExperience using a project management platform\nCandidate must be located anywhere in the East or Central USA \nLet’s talk perks!\nAttractive compensation package with 401K match\nTraining Tuition Reimbursement Program\nWork-life balance with a flexible working schedule\nWe know that diverse backgrounds and experiences bring great value to our teams.
