# Contract Manager

Job overview: The Contract Manager is a senior role within Deal Operations, accountable for the ownership, governance, and growth of Genetec's public-sector and cooperative purchasing contract vehicles. This is a step beyond day-to-day administration. The successful candidate will assess how these contracts are transacted today, surface the gaps, risks, and operational challenges, and guide the organization on how contract terms, pricing, and obligations should be managed and recorded across our business systems. Working closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Pricing, Product, and the technical owners of our business systems, the Contract Manager will mature contract management into a scalable, well-documented, and auditable capability, and will actively drive higher revenue and transaction volume through these contract vehicles.
