As an SDR covering Germany, you'll be at the front line of Genetec's commercial expansion - converting inbound leads into qualified meetings and building outbound pipeline across two of Europe's most strategically important markets. Working at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, you'll engage enterprise prospects, build relationships with key decision-makers, and play a direct role in helping Genetec win new business across the region. The role is based in London and there is a 3 day a week in office expectation.\nThe role is based in London, with an expectation to work three days per week in the office.\nWhat your day will look like\nResearch and identify potential clients and key decision-makers across enterprise accounts in DACH, building targeted prospect lists by vertical, company size, and buying signals. \nConduct inbound and outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn. \nLeverage tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to identify, sequence, and engage prospects at scale. \nAct as a strategic partner to German Account Executives and the EMEA Marketing team - aligning on campaigns, ABM targets, and local events. \nExceed daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline metrics aligned to Germany revenue targets. \nAbout You\n We invite you to apply even if you happen to not meet every requirement.
