East payroll processes in Oracle HCM Cloud.\n\n- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional payroll solutions.\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain Payroll Fast Formulas for complex business scenarios.\n\n- Develop and customize BI Publisher (BIP) reports for payroll reporting needs.\n\n- Perform payroll configurations including elements, balances, costing, and statutory compliance.\n\n- Support payroll processing cycles, including troubleshooting errors and ensuring accuracy.\n\n- Provide production support and resolve payroll-related issues within SLA timelines.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) for seamless integration.\n\n- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including BRDs, FDDs, and test scripts.\n\n- Support UAT, SIT, and payroll parallel runs to ensure successful deployment.\n\n- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations (US/Middle East).\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications :\n\n- 8 to 10 years of overall experience in Oracle HCM, with strong focus on Oracle Payroll Cloud.\n\n- Hands-on experience in at least 2 end-to-end payroll implementations (US and/or Middle East) as a primary resource.\n\n- Experience in minimum 3 support/AMS projects for payroll.\n\n- Strong expertise in Payroll Fast Formulas (writing, debugging, and optimization).\n\n- Experience in developing BI Publisher (BIP) reports.\n\n- In-depth understanding of payroll processes, legislation, and compliance requirements.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\n\n- Excellent
