This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for handling the account relationships.\nReceive and analyze customers’ requirements and forecast.\nDaily coordination of material shipments.\nInform customers the status of open orders.\nProvide customers with documentation and tracking information of shipped orders.\nWork with Expediting to ensure on-time delivery from suppliers and recover customer-driven expedite costs.\nReduction of Excess and Obsolete (360+ Days) Inventory.\nReceive customer quality claims and coordinate response with Quality and DMR coordinator.\nTrack sales and inventory data related to accounts.\nReport on sales and inventory data related to accounts.\nProcessing of quotation requests.\nCoordinate with Discrepant Material Coordinator to communicate inventory needs for rejected material and replacements.\nResponsible for direct ship authorization.\nInitiate Hot Sheets for Quality and Warehouse, as needed.\nReview parts for purchase complete and minimum buys with Supply Chain.\nCoordinate with New Part Coordinator to update MPS/DRP set-ups.\nCoordinate with Material Planners to ensure material is scheduled, as needed.\nResponsible to follow up with Supplier, as needed.\nRequirements:\nMust have Bachelor degree or equivalent.\nAt least 3 years of experience in customer service or materials planning.\nFluent in both written and spoken English.\nExperience with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.\nPossess excellent communication skills including verbal, written and interpersonal.\nFocus on attention to detail and accuracy while meeting deadlines.\nPossess Fastener product knowledge (desired).\nPossess knowledge of Epicor P21 ERP system (desired). \nDemonstrated capacity to proactively handle multiple detailed tasks with frequent interruptions.\nStrong level of problem-solving skills.\nInteracts well with employees at all levels within the organization;
