GENIC Singapore specializes in precision plastic manufacturing, serving semiconductor, medical device, and industrial sectors with quality components and assemblies.\nJob Summary\nSupport the Quality Manager in managing quality control and assurance across precision plastic manufacturing, overseeing inspections, supervising staff, managing non-conformities, and ensuring compliance with customer and ISO 9001 standards.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the Quality Manager in executing daily quality control and assurance activities to maintain product standards.\nSupervise and guide QC Inspectors and Cleaning & Packing Operators to ensure adherence to quality requirements.\nReview and maintain Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection reports aligned with customer specifications.\nConduct and support First Article inspections to verify materials, specifications, dimensions, and product requirements.\nRead and interpret technical drawings, specifications, dimensions, and tolerances to ensure product compliance.\nInspect incoming materials to identify, report, and follow up on supplier quality issues including non-conformities.\nCoordinate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and suppliers to investigate and resolve quality issues effectively.\nManage non-conforming products by overseeing rejection, rework, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.\nRaise, monitor, and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) until resolution.\nConduct supplier quality audits and monitor supplier QC/QA performance to uphold quality standards.\nDrive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and monitor their effectiveness to improve quality.\nMaintain quality documents, records, and databases in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.\nMonitor measuring equipment, inspection tools, and calibration status to ensure accuracy.\nUse or support Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) software to verify product dimensions and requirements.\nSupport ISO 9001:2015 audits through preparation, documentation, and follow-up on findings and corrective actions.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, enhance product quality, and meet customer expectations.\nEnsure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, customer requirements, and internal quality procedures.\nPrepare daily QC and monthly quality reports for the HOD.\nPerform other quality-related duties as assigned by the HOD.\nRequired competencies and certifications\nDiploma or Degree in Quality, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Precision Engineering, or related discipline.\nMandarin proficiency for effective communication and coordination with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and stakeholders on quality matters.\nPreferred competencies and qualifications\nFresh graduates are welcome to apply.
