(Mechanical, Electrical, Software or Application Engineering)\nSupport Manufacturing Operations\nDesign experiments to develop optimum production processes - manual assembly, automated assembly, press operations, automated inspection, and testing\nIdentify and solve production related issues\nPlan and develop processes and capacity utilization strategy for assembly operation of mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electrical components\nEnsure production readiness of key processes\nTroubleshoot root cause for equipment and process related problems\nDrive process efficiency improvements by analyzing existing work flows and developing alternative solutions\nCreate work instructions & procedures and update existing\nConduct time studies, modify BOMs and routings\nSupport New Product Development and Continuous Improvement Effort\nDesign for manufacturability inout into product designsDefine assembly strategy for production\nDesign new assembly equipment & tooling\nLead PFMEA development and participate in DFMEA development\nCollect and analyze data from assembly operations\nImprove existing fixtures and tooling\nExplore & implement cost reduction ideas\nIdentify, source, and set up critical spare parts for production cells\nAble to interpret assembly and component drawings and the requirements within\n\nSupport Quality\nDevelop and execute statistical process controls utilizing appropriate quality tools plus statistical techniques.
