Position: Executive Assistant (H/F)
Location: Yaoundé, Ngoa Ekele, Cameroon
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The SARL Engineering recruits a management assistant capable of combining organizational excellence, professional discretion, versatility and a high sense of responsibility.
MAIN MISSIONS
• Managing the General Manager's agenda, organizing meetings and writing quiansandrendus accounts.
• Classification, archiving and tracking of administrative and operational records.
• Internal co-ordination, follow-up of collaborators' tasks and synthesis preparation
• Telephone and physics, email treatment and professional communication.
• Administrative support for training, ticketing and international support.
PROFILE WANTED
• Higher training in secretariat/management assistant or equivalent domain
• Minimum 2 years of management assistance or administrative coordination experience.
• Written and oral French mastery; English is an asset.
• Good mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, messaging and collaborative tools).
Remuneration: Depending on the profile, experience and conditions agreed with the company.
