Although being based in AZ is beneficial, it is not required.\nResponsibilities:\nCultivate relationships that foster new business as well as building existing account\n\nUnderstand & communicate details of Genius Monkey's Optimize Programmatic Display, Video, OTT/CTV and Audio Services\n\nDevelop strategic plan with the client to achieve goals\n\nContinue on a path to personal education in order to stay on the cutting edge of our industry\n\nMeet virtually and personally with prospective and current clients. Overnight travel 2-4 days a month is highly encouraged. \n\nQualifications:\n Working knowledge of the online media business and underlying technology\n\n Excellent sales skills including the ability to create and build relationships\n\n Demonstrated track record of success\n\n Strong consultative and analytical skills\n\n Effective time management skills -- ability to prioritize, drive and execute\n\n Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills\n\n Ability to work remote without supervision \n\n100% commission with a minimum guarantee (DOE) with no limit on income.
