The Role

Great treasury is about more than managing cash. It's about giving a business the confidence to grow, make decisions and move forward.

As Legend and Genius Sports bring their expertise together, our Treasury function is evolving to support a larger, more complex international business. We're looking for a Treasury Manager to join our team in St Helier, Jersey and play a key role in shaping how we manage cash, liquidity and financial risk across the Group.

Reporting to our Group Head of Treasury, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day treasury operations that keep our business moving. From providing clear visibility of our cash position to managing covenant reporting and global banking activities, you'll make sure we have the right information, controls and processes in place to operate with confidence.

This isn't just about keeping things running. You'll have the opportunity to challenge existing processes, introduce smarter ways of working and help build a more efficient, scalable Treasury function through better systems, data and automation.

If you're a hands-on treasury professional who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership and making a real impact, this is an opportunity to bring your expertise to a business that's continuing to evolve.

We value diverse perspectives and encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification listed.

Your Impact:

  • Keep our cash working smarter. Own short-term liquidity forecasting, strengthen cash visibility across the Group and identify funding needs, risks and opportunities before they become challenges.
  • Bring confidence to our financial commitments. Take ownership of covenant calculations, compliance monitoring and lender reporting, delivering accurate, forward-looking insights that support better financial decisions.
  • Make global treasury operations run seamlessly. Manage banking relationships and administration, account mandates, cash movements and controls, ensuring our operations remain accurate, efficient and well-governed.
  • Stay one step ahead of financial risk. Monitor FX exposures and hedging activities, support financial risk analysis and highlight emerging risks to help protect the Group's financial position.
  • Build a smarter Treasury function. Challenge existing processes, improve forecasting and data quality, strengthen controls and help introduce technology and automation that make our operations more scalable.

What You'll Bring:

  • Hands-on treasury experience. A background in corporate treasury, cash management or corporate finance within a commercial environment, with the confidence to take ownership and deliver independently.
  • Strong cashflow and liquidity expertise. Experience building and managing forecasts, investigating variances and translating financial data into meaningful insights.
  • Knowledge of debt and covenant reporting. Practical experience preparing or managing covenant calculations, monitoring compliance and supporting accurate lender reporting.
  • A solid understanding of treasury operations. Experience managing banking administration, mandates and cash management processes, alongside an understanding of FX exposure and financial risk.
  • An analytical mindset with an eye for improvement. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, combined with an interest in using systems, technology and automation to work smarter.
  • Sound judgement and a collaborative approach. Strong attention to detail, the ability to spot and escalate risks, and the confidence to work independently while building relationships across Finance.

The Interview Process:

  • Initial conversation with our Talent Partner - A 30-minute Zoom call to learn more about you, your experience and what you're looking for in your next move.
  • Meet our Finance & Treasury team - A 60-minute Zoom interview to explore your treasury expertise, approach to problem-solving and how you could contribute to the team.
  • Practical task & presentation - You'll have a few days to complete a relevant treasury exercise before presenting your approach and recommendations to the team.
  • Final conversation with our Finance & People team - A 60-minute interview at our St Helier office to get to know each other better, explore how we work and answer any remaining questions.
