ROLE FOCUS: Connect banking business needs with technology delivery, while leading Agile teams and ensuring clear, high-quality outcomes.\n\n- Understand banking products, operations, regulations, Perform impact analysis across processes, systems, data, integrations, risks, dependencies, and regulatory requirements.\n\n- Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, release readiness, implementation, and post-launch review.\n\n- Serve as Scrum Master or delivery lead when required, remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and improve team performance.\n\n- Coordinate team priorities and delivery commitments, communicate progress, and manage stakeholder expectations.\n\n- Mentor junior Business Analysts and promote consistent Business Analysis and Agile practices.\n\n- Success in This Role Success will be measured by the quality and clarity of requirements, stakeholder satisfaction, predictable delivery, effective team collaboration, reduced requirement-related defects, and the successful implementation of solutions that deliver measurable value to the banking business.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.\n\nAt least 7 years of Business Analysis experience, including significant experience in banking or financial services.\n\nStrong understanding of banking processes and products, such as payments, deposits, lending, cards, digital banking, core banking, treasury, or regulatory reporting.\n\nStrong requirements elicitation, process analysis, stakeholder management, documentation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExperience writing epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, process models, and data requirements.\n\nPractical experience working with Scrum or another Agile delivery framework.\n\nExperience facilitating Agile ceremonies and leading or coordinating cross-functional teams.\n\nAbility to explain complex business and technical topics clearly to different audiences.\n\nStrong English communication, presentation, negotiation, and facilitation skills.\n\nUnderstanding of APIs, microservices, system integrations, batch processing, and event-driven architecture.\n\nWorking knowledge of SQL, databases, data mapping, reconciliation, and data analysis.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms, cybersecurity, identity and access management, and banking technology architecture.\n\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Draw.io, or similar tools.\n\nAbility to interpret API documentation, sequence diagrams, data models, system logs, or technical specifications.\n\nExperience with core banking, payment
