• Requirement Analysis: Analyze requirements, design documents, and user stories to identify test scope, complex risks, and architectural dependencies. • Test Design & Mentorship: Design and execute high-quality test scenarios; review test cases created by team members to ensure maximum coverage. • Multi-layer Testing: Lead the execution of functional, regression, integration, and API testing in complex environments. • E2E Validation: Validate UI behavior, complex business rules, and seamless data mapping between Frontend and Backend services. • Framework Ownership: Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated test suites for API and UI flows using Playwright. • CI/CD Integration: Seamlessly integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and maintain execution stability. • Strategic RCA: Perform deep-dive root cause analysis and provide actionable insights regarding business and user impact.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informa on Technology, or a related field.
Comprehensive understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and industry best practices.
Solid experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and API Testing (Mandatory).
Knowledge of Non-Functional Testing, specifically Performance Testing (e.g., using k6 or JMeter).
Proven expertise in Test Automation, with at least 5+ years specifically using Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript.
Advanced coding skills: Ability to read, write, and debug complex code, including the implementation of design patterns like Page Object Model (POM).
Deep understanding of modern architectures: Microservices, BFF, Event-driven systems, and Batch jobs.
Strong defect analysis skills, with the ability to: Perform in-depth Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using logs and monitoring tools. Assess Business and User impact to prioritize fixes.
Excellent communication: Able to lead technical discussions and communicate defects effectively with Developers, BAs, and PMs.
