We have access to tens of millions of patients, longitudinal health records, and clinical notes. GenMD is just coming out of stealth, already revenue-generating, well-funded, and backed by premier investors with years of runway. We’re intentionally small, move fast, and are focused on building something fundamental. CEO is a former Associate Director of AI, Stanford Medicine, Stanford University.\nWhat You'll Work On\nTrain, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs using PyTorch and Hugging Face.\n\nBuild synthetic data generation pipelines at scale.\n\nDevelop LLM benchmarks, automated evaluation pipelines, and LLM-as-a-Judge systems.\n\nExperiment with supervised, semi-supervised, and unsupervised learning.\n\nExplore Mixture-of-Experts (MoE), model ensembles, distillation, and other modern LLM techniques.\n\nTranslate research ideas into reproducible experiments and production systems.\n\nPreferred Candidate\nStrong hands-on expertise working with LLMs.\n\nB.Sc.
