See how we work: https://genmd.ai/careers\nAbout the role\nYou'll build the engine that gets GenMD in front of the right researchers, health systems and AI teams, and turns interest into active users and partners. Half engineer, half growth marketer: you'll write the code, run the experiments and own the numbers.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild and run outbound and lifecycle programs across email, LinkedIn and events, from targeting and enrichment to sequencing and follow-up.\n\nBuild data pipelines that find and score prospects (research publications, grants, institutions, companies) and keep our CRM clean.\n\nOwn the website and signup funnels: landing pages, forms, analytics, A/B tests and conversion.\n\nAutomate workflows across HubSpot, enrichment tools and our own product data.\n\nReport what's working each week and double down on it.\n\nWhat we're looking for\n2+ years in growth engineering, marketing ops, technical sales or a similar role at a startup.\n\nStrong scripting skills (Python or JavaScript) and comfort with APIs, SQL and spreadsheets.\n\nHands-on experience with a CRM and outbound tools (HubSpot, Apollo or similar) and email deliverability basics.\n\nData-driven, fast and very organized; you like seeing a metric move because of something you built.\n\nNice to have\nExperience marketing to researchers, healthcare organizations or technical buyers.\n\nExperience with Framer, Webflow or similar site builders.\n\nCompensation\n$130,000 - $180,000 per year, plus equity.
