Job Description

• Configuring and customizing ITSM tools to fulfill business needs; Monitoring and analyzing IT service performance and adherence to SLAs; Managing IT service requests and incidents through the ticketing system; Collaborating with IT teams to identify and resolve IT service issues; Conducting regular audits and reviews of ITSM processes for compliance and improvement; Providing training and support to end-users on ITSM processes and tools
