Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, SFDC-Scrum Master

A Salesforce Scrum Master typically plays a crucial role in facilitating Agile processes within a Salesforce development team. Their responsibilities often include:

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration among team members.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define project goals, requirements, and priorities, while keeping a strong focus on delivering value to our customers and the institution.
• Identify and address any impediments or roadblocks that hinder the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to remove barriers and ensure a smooth development process.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives, capturing feedback, and implementing actionable changes to enhance team performance and product quality.
• Utilize your strong communication skills to ensure clear and transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks early and proactively implementing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications/ Skills

• Graduation from any stream, must have sound knowledge of Agile.
• Salesforce Knowledge: Deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud
• Candidate must be hands on in leading daily scrum calls, review calls, sprint planning etc.
• Scrum Certification is a Must (CSM, PSM)
• Must be familiar with IT operations and have a good knowledge of Technology Services as a whole.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Working experience as Scrum Master.
• Expertise in Jira like tools. Azure Board is a MUST
• Knowledge of Salesforce and OMS is the plus
• Microsoft applications: Excel, Outlook, Project, Access, Teams and Word.
• Excellent working knowledge of various project management tools and life cycle methodologies. Act as a knowledge leader and Agile advocate, guiding and coaching our development teams, product owners, and stakeholders in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
