Respond to L0 questions that can be answered with common response\nUser and Course Management:\n· Create login credentials and manage permissions.\n· Manages course enrollment including progress tracking.\n· Create and manage Learning Objects\n· Generate assignment, completion, and any other reports\n· Create and manage training audiences\n· Troubleshoot common issues related to the LMS\n· Ensure the LMS is kept updated with courses and materials and archive outdated content.\nIncident Management\n· Address access related issues, completion related issues, content related issues, User Interface related issues, troubleshoot and escalate issues that require helpdesk support of the LMS vendor\nSystem Upgrades\nConduct regular system audits and perform software upgrades to maintain functionality and performance\nSupport and manage migration of content and data from legacy systems\nBuild, configure, test oracle functionalities and work with HRIS team to move it to production\nTraining and Documentation\nDevelop SOPs, user guides, manuals, and conduct training sessions\nTesting\n· Testing regular courses / LOs against the pre-defined checklist for functionalities, completion recording, reporting records and scores to user profile.
