Job Description
• Actively attend and participate in status call.- Monitoring and solving the issues related to SQL jobs
- Debugging SQL Jobs Failure
- Handle users ad-hoc report enquiry
- Raising issues to vendors and on call support onsite for very critical issue
- Design and implement application monitoring solutions;
- Configure and maintain monitoring tools and systems;
- Monitor application performance and identify bottlenecks;
- Analyze data to proactively address issues and optimize performance;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve application-related incidents and outages;
• Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
