Job Description

• Manage end-to-end order processing activities, ensuring accurate and timely order entry, validation, and fulfillment.
• Monitor order status and proactively coordinate with customers, sales teams, and supply chain stakeholders to resolve order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate order records and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Support order scheduling, backlog management, and delivery tracking to meet customer service expectations.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, pricing issues, master data concerns, and billing-related queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless order execution.
• Assist in implementing process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze order management metrics, and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Support customer onboarding activities, order management projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and compliance requirements.
