Job Description

• Lead and drive the recruitment team
• Work on their own individual monthly targets as well as help the team to achieve their respective targets to meet the business requirements
• Source candidates using multiple search methods to build a robust pipeline
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
• Take ownership of candidate experience by crafting and running it
• Perform reference checks as needed
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiate employment terms
• Keep abreast of recruiting trends and standard methodologies
• Lead the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Hands on with social media hiring and talent branding initiatives
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify staffing needs and requirements
• Manage recruitment metrics and report on recruitment performance
• Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
• Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
• Optimize recruitment processes and tools for maximum efficiency
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors
