This role will be responsible for end-to-end SAP operations including application Implementations, support, incident and problem management, change and release governance, vendor management, and operational excellence across SAP platforms (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, BW, Fiori, etc.).\nThe ideal candidate will combine strong SAP functional/technical expertise with leadership capabilities, service management discipline, and a continuous improvement mindset.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. SAP Operations & Service Delivery\n· Lead day-to-day SAP operations ensuring system availability, reliability, and performance.\n· Own SLA/KPI adherence for SAP services (incident resolution, system uptime, response times).\n· Manage L1/L2/L3 support model (internal and/or managed services partners).\n· Ensure robust monitoring, alerting, and proactive issue resolution.\n2. Incident, Problem & Change Management\nGovern ITIL-aligned processes for incident, problem, and change management.\nConduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.\nChair CAB (Change Advisory Board) for SAP-related releases.\nEnsure release stability and minimal business disruption.\n3. SAP Landscape Management\nOversee SAP environments (DEV, QA, PRD).\nCoordinate upgrades, patches, and enhancement packs.\nEnsure integration stability across SAP modules and third-party systems.\nManage SAP transport governance and release cycles.\n4. Stakeholder & Business Engagement\nAct as the primary liaison between IT and business process owners.\nEnsure business continuity for critical operations (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.).\nTranslate business priorities into operational IT actions.\nAbility to drive growth\n5. Vendor & Partner Management\nManage SAP AMS providers, infrastructure vendors, and cloud partners.\nMonitor vendor performance against SLAs.\nOptimize cost and contract governance.\n6. Governance, Compliance & Security\nDrive Governance cadence\n8.
