Less autonomy in partner governance and rate negotiations; works under senior RM guidance for complex capacity decisions and partner escalations.\n Responsibilities adjusted: May support rather than lead capacity forecasting; executes staffing requests with oversight; supports (vs. independently manages) partner rate structures and spend monitoring; identifies process improvement opportunities for senior RM review.\nIC5 Resource Manager\nExperience & Scope: 6+ years in resource management or workforce planning; 4+ years in a professional services organization. Owns strategic capacity planning and partner governance for a region, multiple customer segments, or a significant portfolio.
