Job Description

Responsibilities:

Analyze key financial and business performance metrics, providing insights to support decision-making.

Develop and recommend performance improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process gaps impacting business performance.

Implement and maintain performance monitoring tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.

Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting trends, variances, and actionable insights for senior management.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize FP&A processes and controls.

Support departments with performance management best practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
