Job Description -

Responsibilities:

Coordinate end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Monitor, analyze, and report on procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with organizational goals, priorities, and strategic initiatives.

Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to contractual obligations.

Conduct supplier evaluations, performance reviews, and audits to drive continuous improvement and maintain high service standards.

Develop, update, and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Support process improvement initiatives and adoption of digital or analytical tools to enhance procurement effectiveness and decision-making.

Qualifications -

Bachelors - Business Administration, Bachelors - Industrial Engineering, Bachelors - Logistics, Bachelors - Supply Chain Management, Masters - Operations Management
