Job Description

Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors through research, networking, and market analysis to meet organizational procurement needs.

Assess supplier capabilities, quality standards, reliability, and pricing models to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements and maximize cost efficiency.

Monitor supplier performance, proactively resolving discrepancies, risks, or service issues to maintain consistent delivery.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements and ensure timely procurement solutions.

Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and best practices to enhance sourcing strategies and procurement effectiveness.

Maintain comprehensive records and reports on supplier evaluations, contracts, and procurement activities to support decision-making and compliance.
