Inviting applications for the role of Specialist(4B), Switzerland Role Purpose Support end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities by assisting with recruitment coordination, candidate management, onboarding administration, stakeholder communication, reporting, and documentation to ensure a seamless hiring experience and timely fulfilment of workforce requirements. Responsibilities\nSupport the recruitment lifecycle by coordinating interview schedules, candidate communications, and hiring activities.\nMaintain candidate records and ensure all recruitment documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.\nFacilitate onboarding activities by collecting required documents, managing pre-joining formalities, and supporting new hire integration.\nAssist in workforce planning activities by tracking hiring requirements and supporting recruitment demand assessments.\nSupport hiring managers and stakeholders by providing timely updates on recruitment progress and open positions.\nCoordinate recruitment events, hiring campaigns, induction sessions, and engagement activities.\nTrack candidate pipelines and ensure timely progression through recruitment stages.\nSupport the administration of recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and talent databases.\nHandle candidate, employee, and stakeholder queries related to recruitment and onboarding processes.\nProcess and manage recruitment-related tickets, requests, and service inquiries within defined service levels.\nPrepare periodic reports, presentations, and recruitment metrics for management review.\nMaintain recruitment documentation, process guidelines, and compliance records.\nSupport audit, compliance, and data quality activities related to recruitment and onboarding.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing recruitment processes, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.
