Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Salesforce Field Service Lightning Developer

A Salesforce FSL Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Field Service Lightning solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This includes custom components, integrations, and performance optimization

Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, workflows, process builder flows, and integrations.

· Configure and customize FSL features such as scheduling, dispatching, optimization, mobile workflows, and work orders.

· Develop and maintain integrations between FSL and other systems, using APIs and middleware.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.

· Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSL implementations.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, particularly in the FSL domain.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

· Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.

· Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualification:

· B.E or B.Tech or MCA

· Relevant experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Field Service.

· Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.

· Deep understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture, data model, and functionality.

· Experience with FSL mobile app customization and offline capabilities.

· Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs, and experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems.

· Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

· Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Field Service Lightning Consultant) are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).

· Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.

· Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Apex Unit Tests, Jest).
