The incumbent is expected to drive process standardization, eliminate single points of failure, build operational resilience, and continuously enhance service delivery through automation and best practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nTalent Acquisition & Pre-Boarding Operations: Lead end-to-end global TA Operations, including interview scheduling, offer management, pre-boarding, onboarding readiness, and candidate lifecycle management, ensuring SLAs, quality, and stakeholder expectations are consistently met.\nBackground Screening & Compliance: Oversee global background screening operations, vendor performance, compliance requirements, risk mitigation, and timely resolution of exceptions and escalations.\nOperational Excellence & Transformation: Drive process standardization, documentation, governance, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service quality.\nRisk Management & Business Continuity: Identify operational risks, establish contingency and succession plans, ensure knowledge retention, and build adequate cross-training and backup coverage for critical processes.\nStakeholder & Governance Management: Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Payroll, IT, business leaders, and external vendors;
