Job Description
Drive demand intake, business engagement, backlog management, prioritization, program governance, executive communications, adoption tracking, and value realization across the Conversational AI and Generative AI portfolio.
The role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, the AI Product Lead, Technical Architect, and Security & Governance teams to ensure AI initiatives are aligned to business objectives, prioritized effectively, and delivered successfully.
Experience
- Good years of Business Analysis, Product Management, or Program Management experience
- Experience in requirement gathering- running workshops with senior stakeholders
- Good years managing enterprise-scale digital transformation programs
- Good years working on Conversational AI, Automation, Copilot, GenAI, or Intelligent Automation initiatives
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across Business, IT, Security, Compliance, and Operations
- Proven experience managing AI demand pipelines, roadmaps, release planning, and prioritization processes
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive committees
Business Analysis Certifications
Preferred
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
AI Certifications

- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)
