track effort, burn, and margin against the SOW and flag variances early.\nRun the delivery cadence: sprint planning and reviews, daily stand-ups, defect triage, release readiness and go/no-go reviews, and cutover planning with tested rollback options.\nManage scope and change formally - assess every change request for commercial, technical, and timeline impact, and secure client and internal approvals before committing.\nLead cross-functional pods spanning solution architects, AI/ML and data engineers, AP process SMEs, integration and ERP consultants, QA, security, and client-side teams; hold matrixed and vendor resources to plan without direct line authority.\nAgentic AI solution delivery\nTranslate client AP process requirements into a deliverable configuration of the Agentic AP Suite - agent scope and autonomy levels, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, straight-through-processing targets, and exception routing rules.\nDrive the accuracy and benefit case: baseline current-state AP metrics (touchless rate, cost per invoice, cycle time, first-pass match rate, exception mix), define acceptance thresholds, and evidence realised improvement at go-live and through hypercare.\nManage the realities of AI delivery - extraction accuracy on messy invoice populations, prompt and model iteration cycles, golden-dataset and regression testing, confidence thresholds, and fallback-to-human paths - and set honest client expectations about what agents will and will not decide autonomously.\nPartner with Responsible AI, InfoSec, and Data Privacy to clear the solution through client and Genpact governance: data classification, PII handling, audit trail and explainability requirements, agent action logging, segregation of duties, and SOX and internal-control impact for AP approvals and payment release.\nIntegration and technical governance\nOwn delivery of the integration landscape connecting the suite to client systems of record - SAP (ECC / S/4HANA), Oracle, Workday, or equivalent ERPs, and P2P platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, or Basware - covering vendor master, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice posting, payment blocks, and GL and tax determination.\nGovern interface design and build across APIs, middleware and iPaaS, IDoc/BAPI/OData, RPA hand-offs, SFTP batch, and email and document intake channels; ensure environment strategy, connectivity, and credentials are secured ahead of build.\nDrive master data and data-quality readiness - vendor and tax master hygiene, tolerance and approval matrices, chart-of-accounts and cost-object mapping, and historical data for model training and validation.\nChair technical design reviews and hold architectural decisions to a documented, testable baseline; escalate design debt rather than absorbing it silently into the plan.\nClient and stakeholder management\nRun governance forums with credible, evidence-based reporting: status, milestones, benefit tracking, risks with named owners and mitigation dates, and decisions required; escalate with a recommendation, not just a problem.\nManage expectations across a mixed audience of finance, operations, IT, and audit stakeholders, and keep internal Genpact leadership, practice, and account teams aligned to the same version of the truth.\nSupport pre-sales and account growth where required - delivery input to proposals and estimates, solution demonstrations, implementation roadmaps, and identification of expansion opportunities across the wider source-to-pay estate.\nQuality, risk, and change\nImplement quality control across the lifecycle - requirements traceability, peer and design reviews, and a test strategy spanning functional, integration, accuracy/model, regression, security, performance, and user acceptance testing - holding entry and exit criteria at each gate.\nIdentify, quantify, and actively work risks and issues;
