Job Description -

Develop and implement compliance and risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with regulatory standards.

Conduct risk assessments to proactively identify and evaluate potential compliance issues across business functions.

Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and recommend updates to internal policies and controls.

Deliver training and awareness sessions to staff on compliance protocols and risk mitigation practices.

Investigate compliance breaches and support resolution through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance concerns and embed risk management practices into operations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance activities, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
