Data Migration Strategy & Planning\nDefine data migration approach and roadmap:Lift-and-shift vs transform-driven migration\nPhased vs big-bang migration\n\nIdentify:Source systems (CRM, ERP, telephony, data lakes)\nData entities (customers, cases, interactions, knowledge articles)\n\nCreate:Data migration plan, timelines, and dependencies\n\nData migration planning and ensuring data integrity are core responsibilities in D365 CE implementations\n2. Data Mapping & Transformation\nPerform data mapping between source systems and D365 Dataverse\nDefine:Field-level mappings\nData transformation rules\nData enrichment requirements\n\nHandle:Data normalization (format, structure alignment)\nData cleansing logic\n\n3. Data Extraction, Transformation & Load (ETL)\nDesign and execute ETL processes using:Azure Data Factory / SSIS / ETL tools\n\nPerform:Data extraction from legacy systems\nTransformation and validation\nLoad into Dataverse\n\nETL and data migration processes are key parts of D365 integration and data handling\n4.
