About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React and modern web technologies to build scalable, performant, and intuitive user interfaces. You will be responsible for developing front-end features for GenAI-powered applications, ensuring seamless integration with backend APIs, and driving best practices in UI/UX and performance optimization.

This role is ideal for engineers passionate about building scalable web apps and contributing to innovative AI-enabled enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development

• Design and build responsive, user-friendly web applications using React and related libraries/frameworks.

• Integrate frontend applications with Python/FastAPI backends and APIs.

• Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of the codebase.

• Application Architecture & Scalability

• Implement reusable components, state management and modular design.

• Apply performance optimization techniques for large-scale applications.

• Ensure frontend follows best practices in security, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Collaboration & Agile Execution

• Work closely with backend engineers, squad leads, and designers to deliver end-to-end features.

• Participate in requirement discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews.

• Quality & Testing

• Write unit and integration tests for frontend components (Jest, React Testing Library).

• Ensure frontend delivery meets defined acceptance criteria and quality benchmarks.

• Support QA engineers during functional and regression testing cycles.

Required Skills & Experience

• Technical Expertise (Hands-On)

• Experience in frontend engineering with strong proficiency in React.

• Experience with state management libraries .

• Strong knowledge of API integration, JSON handling, and async data flows.

• Experience in scaling frontend applications (modular design, performance tuning, caching strategies).

• Additional Skills

• Exposure to GenAI-based applications (LLM integration, AI-driven UIs) is a plus.

• Familiarity with AWS services (CloudFront, S3 hosting, API Gateway integration).

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments.
