The incumbent will design and perform experiments, generate and analyze data, and create customer-facing content to support the marketing and adoption of a broad portfolio of kits used in cell and biochemical assays. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and deep understanding of some combinations of mammalian cell culture, functional assays, ELSIA based assays, HTRF, biomarker discovery, or analytical techniques for biotherapeutics.\nKey Responsibilities\nApplications and Product Development\nIdentify and validate applications opportunities of existing and new products in drug discovery, preclinical research, and CMC stages.\nDesign and perform experiments that are relevant and applicable to a broad spectrum of user scenarios, particularly those with under addressed needs from customers\nResearch technical trends, user habits, and pain points in focus product areas to inform and support product development at different stages\nMarketing and Customer Support\nAlong with development scientists, design experiments and produce data and figures , such as those in manuals, FAQs, tech notes, and webpages, to support product launches\nPropose and generate new scientific data for posters, product sheets, application notes, and other marketing collaterals for trade shows and exhibitions\nRespond to customers' technical inquiries; design and perform experiments to help answer tech support questions\nScientific Communication\nPrepare technical reports, application notes, and white papers to showcase GenScript's product portfolios, such as those in detection and assays\nProvide high-level technical support to customers in pharma, biotech, and CROs\nParticipate in conferences, webinars, and workshops to present technical solutions\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with R&D teams as well as external and external partners to provide feedback on product improvements\nSupport commercial teams with technical expertise during strategic customer discussions\nProvide feedback for product roadmap planning based on industry trends and customer requirements\nQualifications & Requirements\nEducation & Experience\nPhD degree or higher in Cell Biology, Immunology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or a related field (or Master with 5+ years of industry experience). \n3+ years in pharma, biotech, or CRO, with hands-on experience in cell-based assays, biochemical assays, and bioanalysis, particularly those in plate reader format\nExpertise in two or more of the following:\nAssay development: biochemical, or biomarker discovery and development (FACS, ELISA, HTRF, SPR, etc)\nCell-based functional assays Bioanalytical assays (PK/PD, ADA, biomarker)\nData analysis and statistical interpretation of results\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong experimental design and troubleshooting abilities\nUnderstanding of drug development workflows and assay performance requirements at different stages.\nKeen curiosity and fast learner\nExcellent writing of scientific documents in both Chinese and\nEnglish;
