This role focuses on the cultivation and maintenance of suspension cell lines, supporting the production of high-quality biologics. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in cell biology or biotechnology, along with hands-on experience in a laboratory or production setting.\nThe estimated salary range is $60,000 - $75,000, depending on experience. \nKey Responsibilities: \nPerform suspension cell culture operations in alignment with established protocols, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency.\nMonitor and troubleshoot cell culture processes; promptly report and help resolve production-related issues.\nMaintain thorough and accurate documentation of experiments, procedures, and results; prepare reports as needed.\nSubmit weekly summaries of completed work to support team planning and performance reviews.\nCollaborate with team members to review and update production records and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve accuracy and consistency.\nSupport additional tasks and projects as assigned by the department supervisor.\nQualifications: \nBachelor’s degree or higher in cell biology, biotechnology, or a related scientific field.\nAt least 1 year of relevant experience in cell culture or laboratory operations preferred.\nStrong laboratory hands-on skills, with the ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively.\nExcellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.\nHighly responsible, reliable, and proactive in meeting deadlines and projects delivery.\nPrior experience in a CRO or CDMO environment is preferred.\nFamiliarity with laboratory data documentation systems and good data integrity practices is a plus.\nBenefits:\nBenefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match that vests fully on day one.
