数据模型与平台能力设计\n规划并设计统一的数据模型、数据结构与核心平台能力，确保平台具备可扩展性、可复用性与长期稳定性\n负责xDP平台核心功能模块的需求分析、原型设计与PRD撰写\n定义数据接入、数据处理、数据服务等关键能力的产品化形态，并与技术团队协同推进落地\n规划并推动 AI 能力在数据平台中的内嵌应用，如智能数据建模辅助等能力，提升数据平台的自动化与智能化水平\n3. 数据整合、治理与平台赋能\n推动多源异构系统数据的整合，建立统一口径、数据标准与治理机制\n将数据治理、权限控制、数据质量与合规要求系统性纳入平台设计，并探索通过 AI 能力提升数据治理的自动化与持续性水平\n通过平台能力赋能业务场景、分析应用及下游系统，提升数据使用效率与价值转化能力\n4. 数据治理与合规\n将数据安全、隐私保护与合规要求纳入产品设计，明确数据使用边界与访问控制机制\n建立数据质量、权限与使用规范，保障数据资产的长期可用性\n5. 跨团队协作与项目推进\n作为业务与技术之间的关键接口，准确将业务需求转化为数据产品需求，确保 xDP 在满足严格数据管理要求的同时，持续支撑实际业务增长。\n管理复杂项目需求，制定实施计划，协调资源，推动平台从概念设计到上线运营的全过程\n与 AI 团队紧密协作，基于\nxDP 平台探索并推动新场景下的智能应用落地\n任职要求\n基本条件：\n本科及以上学历，信息管理、计算机科学、数据科学、自动化、工业工程或生物工程等相关专业。\n5年以上数据产品管理经验，其中至少2年深度参与过数据平台建设（员工 / 组织数据平台经验可作为补充）。\n专业条件：\n理解生产（如 MES、工艺、批次、质量追溯）或员工与组织（如招聘、绩效、组织效能）等核心业务逻辑。\n能够将来自多系统的异构数据抽象为结构清晰、关系明确、可扩展的数据模型，支撑复杂业务与智能应用。\n理解数据从采集、处理、存储到分析与服务的全链路，能设计匹配业务场景的数据处理与服务方式。\n具备平台型数据产品的规划与设计经验，能够将数据能力沉淀为可复用的平台能力，有从 0 到 1 构建经验者优先。\n理解生产与员工数据在安全、隐私与知识产权方面的要求，具备权限设计与数据治理相关经验。\n理解 AI 技术在数据平台场景中的应用方式，能够从产品视角规划 AI
