Guided by its mission to Make People and Nature Healthier Through Biotechnology, and its role as a well-recognized biotechnology company, GenScript has a team of approximately 6,165 employees and has served more than 200,000 customers across over 100 countries and regions.\nJob Scope:\nGenScript is seeking an Integrated Campaign Manager, Life Sciences Marketing to support the Integrated Communications & Content department. \nReporting to: Associate Director, Marketing Campaigns. \nLocation: Remote- United States\nThe estimated salary range is $100,000 - $130,000, based on experience level.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWork with cross-functional teams on marketing briefs and in-depth customer understanding to transform business needs into marketing campaigns.\nProvide insight-driven and targeted creative strategy and campaign planning, including target audience definition, creative ideation, omni-channel content development, and evaluation methods.\nOversea internal and external creative content creation (visuals, A/Vs, emails, social media, etc.) based on the creative strategy and planned timelines, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business strategies.\nBuild the storytelling of the GenScript LSG brand across campaigns, ensuring consistency and strategic continuity through various forms of content amplified at multiple connection points.\nOptimize the marketing campaign process and management tools to ensure the hi-quality and timely production/implementation of all campaign/event materials.\nMonitor the progress and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, provide analysis reports and optimization suggestions.\nOversee the marketing campaigns team’s engagement, capability development and performance assessment while inspiring them.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or above; educational background in life sciences, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline is highly preferred.\n7+ years of professional experience, including at least 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign strategy, planning, and execution.\nExperience in the biotechnology, biomedical, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related industries is highly preferred.\nFamiliar with the process and methods of marketing campaign planning, execution and analysis, as well as with digital marketing channels and strategies.\nExperience planning and executing large-scale online and offline marketing campaigns, programs, and events is preferred.\nStrong market insight, analytical skills, and strategic thinking capabilities.\nExcellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, regional managers, and media & connection team, to maximize campaign effectiveness.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nFluent spoken and written English, with excellent reading, writing, and presentation skills.\nBenefits:\nBenefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match that vests fully on day one.
