The position works closely with Production, Project Management, and cross-functional teams to coordinate planning, track progress, and support efficient end-to-end project delivery in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.\nResponsibilities:\nFully understand customer project requirements\nReview order details carefully and place internal GENE orders to ensure accurate project initiation and setup.\nDevelop and coordinate project plans within operational scope, ensuring alignment with production capacity and timelines.\nMonitor and track end-to-end project progress, ensuring milestones and delivery timelines are met.\nProvide regular project status updates and communicate progress clearly through email or meetings.\nIdentify and analyze unexpected technical issues, provide scientific interpretation, and coordinate discussions to define resolution strategies.\nCollaborate closely with production, PM, and QC teams to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction.\nSupport continuous improvement of production workflows and platform capabilities, and complete additional assignments as required by the team lead.\nQualifications:\nMaster’s degree or above.\nMajor in Biology or related life science disciplines.\nBackground in the biological or biotechnology-related industry.\nFluency in both Chinese and English is preferred.\n1+ years of relevant working experience is preferred.\nStrong technical competency and communication skills.\nBasic knowledge of molecular biology and cell biology; experience in recombinant protein/antibody expression and purification is a plus.\nBenefits:\nBenefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match that vests fully on day one.
