We are looking for a highly motivated and scientifically rigorous individual to join our Innovation Center for novel lipid or other polymer molecules development to be used in RNA and gene delivery formulation, with experience in developing organic lipid and polymer molecules from R&D to Scale up.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nEveryday hand-on chemist willing to get into laboratory to conduct novel organic and lipid polymer chemical synthesis to support and build the company’s proprietary lipid-based drug delivery platform.\nDevelop scalable synthetic processes that could eventually lead to commercial use in LNP and targeted LNP formulation.\nCharacterize, problem solve and interpret analytical data obtained from instrumentation such as HPLC, LC-MS, NMR etc.\nMaintain Chemistry laboratory and inventories in accordance with good laboratory procedures.\nCommunicate regularly with supervisor and peers on research findings and propose suggestions for next steps.\nMaintain a current knowledge of latest technology and scientific trends.\nPerform other duties as needed.\nRequired Qualifications:\nA minimum of a Ph.D. in organic, polymer or lipid chemistry from an accredited University.\nA minimum of 1 year of post-doctoral experience in academia or industry.
