\n1-3 年以上工业界或科研经验，具备项目主导能力。\n2、能力方向（需具备 2-3 类，至少一类较强）\n蛋白表达 / 合成生物学：熟悉蛋白表达系统或无细胞体系，理解影响 yield、溶解度、活性、稳定性的因素; \n过程优化 / DOE：有实际的多因子实验设计、响应面法、参数优化经验; \n自动化 / 高通量：使用过液体工作站、酶标仪、LC-MS、SDS-PAGE、活性检测等工具; \n数据分析与建模：能结构化实验数据，使用回归模型、贝叶斯优化、随机森林或 active learning 辅助实验设计;
