The focus of work is in project management, project design, and proactive account management.\nThis position is fully remote, with occasional travel. This role can reside anywhere in the United States. The estimated salary range is $80,000 - $85,000 based on experience level. \nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide primary business, technical and product/service advice to customers, include providing effective solutions to customer’s project inquiries and generating price quotes for project design\nAnalyze customers’ needs, resolve customers' troubleshooting and/or complaints with a technical issue and advise them of additional services and product solutions when necessary\nIdentify potential areas of concern for customers. Make recommendations based on recognizing customers’ current and future needs during continued business relationship\nMaintain close communication with customers as well as facilitate communication with technical support when necessary\nCollaborate with internal teams/departments to achieve sustainable growth\nOrganize and provide training for internal sales and external distributors by delivering presentations or/and demos\nQualifications:\nThe ideal candidate holds a PhD in a relevant life science discipline, such as cell biology, immunology, molecular biology and peptide therapeutics or those with a Master of Science degree with relevant industry experience will be considered. \nExceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills\nMust be customer-centered and proactive/action-oriented\nExcellent analytical skills & problem solving skills, able to grasp new concepts quickly\nStrong organization skills with great attention to detail\nEnjoy working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment\nBenefits:\nBenefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match that vests fully on day one.
