# Customer Quality Engineer

POSITION OVERVIEW The Customer Quality Engineer is the point of contact with our customers regarding quality-related matters and to help ensure our products meet our customers’ expectations. WHAT YOU’LL DO Utilize technical expertise to work with problem resolution teams, offer customer perspective, and communicate with the customer when quality issues arise. Communicate customer expectations to the appropriate Gentex teams (lab/production/design). Provide pulse of assigned customer(s) back to the organization. Support risk management during product development utilizing risk identification methods and Gentex’s Milestone process. Prepare and submit the required quality documentation to the customer for new product launches and post-launch changes. Assist to develop and maintain FMEAs and control documentation to effectively manage risk and meet customer expectations.
