This role works as part of a team dedicated to continuous improvement, implementing and revising processestomaximize efficiency and meet customer expectations.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO \nMonitor production process toimprove;product flow, yield,anduptime.\n\nOptimizecurrent equipment and improve process capabilities.\n\nDevelop the team toutilizeproblem solving techniques and methods,and provide leadershipin the identification, analysis, and resolution of issues.\n\nLead continuous improvement efforts within the line support teamand manage product and process improvement initiatives on the production line\n\nIdentifyand implement process improvements toeliminatevariation in the production process caused by equipment and/or product design.\n\nPrioritize projects and issues that are associated with the production lineusing best business practices.\n\nLeveragetechnicalresources toincorporateline improvementsand remove barriers.\n\nRepresent the production team byinterfacingwith other departmentsto ensure that quality and customer requirements are met. Work with production GroupLeaders,Production Support Engineers (PSEs),and team members to resolve quality issues, line rejects/RMA(Return Materials Authorization).\n\nOwns technical responses to 8D/RMA quality concerns and control methods tomaintainand improve process capability\n\nMentor incoming PSEs, focusing on developing technical skills andproblem-solvingissues.\n\nAssistin the development of Control Plans, FMEA’s, Process Flow Charts and Assembly Drawings.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nHOW YOU’LL DO IT\nAttention to Detail-Ensuring information is complete andaccurate; following up with others to ensure that agreements and commitments have been fulfilled.\n\nChampion Change-Understanding the need for change and helpsplanningfor andaccommodatingit as creatively and positively as possible.\n\nPlanning and Aligning-Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.\n\nProblem Solving-Defining a problem,determiningthe cause,identifying,prioritizingand selecting alternatives for a solution, and implementing a solution.\n\nOptimizingWork Processes-Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.\n\nMentoring and Coaching-Providingtimelyguidance and feedback (both positive and constructive) to help others recognize strengths and development opportunities.
